Welcome to Biography. This is my humble net home. Heh, I say
what I want, I do what I want. End.
I'm just kidding.... I couldn't possibly be that rude to my guests.
I wouldn't want you or anyone else to think I'm a freak of some sort
who scares off any soul from visiting my personal pages. Have a look
around the completely new site, Biography! <Grin> Btw, scroll
all the way down to get to the content of the site.

5th January 2002 - Check out the page about me. I added
some neat stuff and updated the main info about myself! Also check
out my journal. I've been taking online tests and I've posted the
results there. You can take them too, if you like. Just click on the
link or the picture.
2nd January 2002 - I finally have my webcam working
and online for viewing! If you use Netscape, you're going to have
a problem loading the page. I suggest you use Internet Explorer to
view the webpage. If there's an error opening the page with IE, don't
be discouraged . Just press refresh on your browser toolbar and the
page should load completely. The camera records live video so you
can only watch it when I'm online. Click HERE
to open a new browser and view my webcam, or at least check out the
page if I'm not online. Don't forget to sign my guestbook while you're
there. Btw, I named my webcam Chris. He's named after my snowboard
instructor who saved many lives from my runaway snowboard. Heh heh....
I know how clumsy I was to almost lose my board that day. What?!!
I was tired, alright?
- Always check my journal. I update that page even though I don't
mention it here.
1st January 2002 - New Year's Day. Hooray. What is
the deal with everyone and their 'countdown' mood? I had a chat with
someone yesterday and he asked me over and over why I am not going
to a 'countdown', whatever that's supposed to mean. So, it's a new
year. Like as if that didn't happen last year. Get a life, Dong (Dong,
is my way of saying 'dumbass')!! I was busy working to find a site
to support my webcam and here he comes disturbing me with his lame
'countdown'. Since I am not the type to shut out or totally ignore
the person, I had to bare it. Anyway, I added a totally new page :
Journal so you can read about
my adventures in life!

December 2001 - I'm back from Canada already... I visited
Vancouver and Whistler in British Columbia. Look at the cool picture
of me holding my snowboard. All that snow on the ground came up to
my knees every morning in Whistler.. That's almost one and a half
feet of snow. The temperature was -2 degrees Celsius during the day.
It isn't as cold as it sounds, if you have the right clothing. I don't
mean lots of clothing, just the proper material. I had a great time
with my snowboard school instructors. Chris, who tutored me and my
sis together with two American girls on Tuesday, 11 Dec, was the best
guy I ever met. He took care of us foreigners really well especially
since we didn't know the place. He made sure my sister and I found
our parents before he left us at the end of the lesson. In fact, he
loved to joke around with me a lot. When we first got up to Olympic
Station, we had to carry our heavy boards all the way up to the hill
before we began the basics. Do you know how difficult it was to walk
up the hill with those crazy snowboard boots not to mention carry
our 1 kg boards up as well? Well, I got pretty tired and lingered
at the back of the group till I finally managed to reach the top.
I almost passed out right there. You know I'm not athletic. Then Chris
joked after I told him that all that walking was just too much. He
said, "Already? And I thought I was out of shape." He was
just the best Canadian guy I met. I went snowboarding again on Saturday,
15 Dec. I just had to go one last time. This time I wasn't lucky enough
to get Chris. Instead, I had Bob. He was a good teacher, but he kinda
ignored me until I fell face down on the slope and almost got knocked
senseless by another snowboarder. It all started in the gondola up
to Olympic Station. He leaned his board on me. What does he think
I am? His board rack? But I forgave him cause he helped me a lot with
my snowboarding problems. He even tried to cheer me up during lunch
by daring me to throw a bun up and see if it hits somebody. He said
he'd give me a dime. Only a dime? I double dared him to throw it and
if he did, I'd give him a toonie ($2 Canadian). He's a real chicken.
He probably thought I didn't have a toonie. But I did. All in all,
those were the best days of my life. I would never trade the memories
of my first snowboard lesson. =)
